1. It's summer! This short, sleeveless dress made of thin, elastic cotton material is an excellent, light way to wear it in the almost 40-degree heat. It is fitted at the bust and waist, and widens in an A-line from the waist down. The skirt is decorated with a cheerful little pocket.
