If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return it within 14 calendar days of receiving your parcel.

Returned items can either be:

Exchanged for another item, or

Returned for a refund. If you prefer not to exchange your item, we will refund the purchase price once your return has arrived back with us.

Please note: We can only accept items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with their original tags attached.

Refunds

If you change your mind and decide to return your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s) after we have received and checked them, within 14 days at the latest.

The refund will be transferred to the bank account details provided by you.

Shipping Times

Orders placed through the Evetke webshop are usually dispatched within 5–10 business days.

We always do our best to prepare and send your order as quickly as possible, so your Evetke pieces can reach you soon.

How to Return an Item

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns can be sent via a GLS or FOXPOST parcel locker from Hungary

International Returns:

If you are returning an item from outside Hungary, please contact me before sending your return. I will provide you with the correct return instructions and address.
